Michael qualified from Glasgow University in 1992. He set up The Park Practice with the aim of providing a more relaxed and enjoyable dental experience for all. Over the past few years he has attended many postgraduate courses and seminars on dental treatments and techniques. He has developed a keen interest and in-depth knowledge of the problems of headaches, migraines, TMJ and occlusion. He is a member of the Association of Dental Implantology.

Michael has developed the practice’s Sports Dentistry links with various sporting bodies over the last few years and now treats elite athletes from several different sports.

Josh graduated from Dundee Dental school in 2015 and spent a year completing his Vocational Training in the Southside of Glasgow. He subsquently spent  the next year  in Dundee Dental Hospital and Perth Royal Infirmary, where he worked in the Restorative Department and later with the Public Dental Service.

He relocated back to Glasgow and is now a well establisehed member of the team at The Park Practice Dental Clinic.

Josh provides all aspects of general dentistry with a particular interest in Endodontics (Root Canal treatment) and a range of cosmetic/aesthetic dental treatments. 

Josh has a gentle caring manner and is very good at making patients feel at ease. He is fully committed to professional development and regularly attends training events and courses to keep up to date and in 2017 he compelted  the very challenging Diploma in General Dentistry  from  the Royal College of Surgeons of England. 

His skill set  adds  to the caring approach from all the team at The Park Practice. 
Josh has a busy life away from the practice and having played rugby for Scotland at U19 level shows that he is dedicated to work hard  at all aspects of his life.

He has focused on expanding his skill set to encompass all aspects of general practice dentistry. Paul fits in well with The Park Practice’s ethos of continual professional development by keeping abreast of new ideas and techniques by attending postgraduate courses and seminars/webinars.

With the result that he has a particular interest in the ever-evolving Digital Dentistry and treating patients with Clear Aligners/Invisalign to correct teeth alignment.

Away from the practice, Paul is kept busy with a young family and dogs that need plenty of exercise!

Paul’s easygoing manner has endeared himself to our patients and has added to the empathetic approach that we pride ourselves on.

Cheryl Bowman qualified as a Dental Hygienist Therapist from The Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh in 2010. Cheryl joined The Park Practice in 2012 and brings an endless amount of energy and enthusiasm to her role looking after our patients' gum health

We regard the dental hygienist service as our most important , you will find we are focused on helping your dental health to be of the highest standard.

Cheryl loves improving and educating patients on their dental health with regular cleaning and showing different dental aids to help you keep your mouth healthy and clean in between visits.

Building  good relationships with the patients is a mainstay of Cheryl's skills  , she often see patients who are initally anxious and wary of treatment , so building trust and showing how easy treatment can be is essential.

"Seeing patients leave smiling,  relaxed and booking thier maintenance appointment in a few months time has to be one of the highlights of working at the practice."

Cheryl regularly attends dental courses and conferences to ensure that the patient receives the most up to date information.

Corinne qualified as a Dental Nurse from Langside College, and after 5 years working chairside, she took a break from Dental Nursing and joined British Airways.

With a strong background in Public Relations and Human Resources, Corinne enjoys the enormous variety of daily challenges that she faces working at a busy West End dental clinic.

Corinne is always looking to expand her management skills and we regularily have lunch-time guest speakers from the dental industry passing on up to date information that is required to run a successful practice.
