I have to admit, I was a little sceptical when my dentist, Mr Blackie, suggested that my persistent and regular headaches and migraines were likely to be caused by teeth grinding and that wearing a mouth - guard at night could help. I didn't even know I was a teeth grinder. Anyway, I figured it was worth a shot, anything to get rid of the daily headaches and debilitating migraines.

The results are AMAZING! After only a few days of wearing my made-to-measure mouth-guard at night, I noticed that I wasn't waking up with the dull, nagging headache that I'd become accustomed to and now, some months later, I am suffering SIGNIFICANTLY LESS headaches and migraines than ever before. It used to be that it was unusual for me NOT to have a headache and now it is becoming unusual for me to have a headache. It is, quite simply, fantastic!

I'd thoroughly recommend this treatment for any teeth grinders with persistent headaches. The mouth-guard is so simple to use, comfortable to wear, and most importantly, it really does work.

A few years ago a friend recommended dentist Michael Blackie at the Park Practice, saying he has a holistic approach. I needed treatment for an abcess and was very nervous and apprehensive - Mr Blackie put me at my ease and the treatment was carried out painlessly and expertly. I have been a patient/customer of practice for a number of years and have enjoyed first class dental care from Mike Blackie, Corrine and the team at Park Practice. Mike and the teams professional, sensitive and caring approach has been further and significantly demonstrated to me after suffering a serious dental injury from an accident whilst skiing in France. They provided initial support and advice by email and immediate emergency and cosmetic treatment on my return. Thereafter assessing and providing the extensive treatment required to full recovery. At every stage Mike and the team gave me every confidence and assurance through the various stages of my recovery which has been of great comfort in recovering from such an upsetting trauma, for which I am extremely grateful to Mike, Corrine and the team.
