Tuesday 24th March:
The Park Practice wishes to reassure that the health and wellbeing of our patients and our dental team remains the utmost priority as the Corona virus /Covid-19 outbreak escalates further throughout the country.
We are carefully following the guidance of Health Protection Scotland, which is updated on a regular basis.
The guidance is now for dentists to cease any form of dental treatment within general dental practices.
We will be advising patients , who have dental issues , over the phone. And discussing the best management for their dental problem.
If you have a routine appointment booked we will be contacting you to re-schedule to a more appropriate time.
Please do not attend the practice if you have any symptoms of Covid-19, namely a new persistent cough and high temperature.
Call our team on 0141- 334 1211 if you have developed a dental problem and we will triage over the phone and if you have had severe pain for more than 48 hours we will see if a referral to a centralised Dental Hub is appropriate.
We value all our patients and are really sorry we can't provide our normal level of service. After 20 years of caring for the local community we are all finding this very difficult but we will be here for you when "normality" resumes in time.
